You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Supernanny. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You may not use someone else’s account or allow others to use yours.

4. Services Offered

Supernanny offers: nanny services for children and elders, caregiver services for individuals with disabilities or health needs, nurse assistance for home health support.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Supernanny, you agree to: treat all service providers with respect, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, not misuse the platform (e.g., by posting false information or engaging in harassment).

6. Limitation of Liability

Supernanny is not liable for: the conduct of any user or service provider, any personal injury or property damage arising from the use of our platform, service outcomes beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Supernanny (logo, text, design, etc.) is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to your account at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

10. Payment, Refund and Cancellation

All payments for Supernanny services are made in advance via secure online payment using Armenian drams (AMD). Transactions are processed through our partner banks within the ArCa system.

If you cancel a booked service, you may request a refund within 5 business days by contacting support@supernanny.am. Refunds are issued to the same card used for payment and may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

11. Products and Pricing

All service prices are clearly displayed in AMD on the platform before booking. Prices may vary depending on duration, service type, and location. The total payable amount is shown before you confirm your order.

12. Cardholder Data Security

All online payments are processed on the secure pages of our partner bank and the ArCa payment system. Supernanny does not store or process your card details on its servers.
